Magnolia Inn is housed in a refurbished French-style colonial manor situated in Panama City’s Old Town. It offers terraces, a shared dining room and a common use kitchen. I was in Panama only for one night but I had a great stay in this hostel. First, I was not sure whether I should choose this one, as it was a bit more expensive than other ones in the "modern city center". But I'm very happy that I chose this one as I really enjoyed my stay. -The location is perfect - directly in the center of the old town. -The staff is very friendly, speaks English and is really helpful to get information for a covid test center, or what to do in the city. They take their time for the guests and I felt very welcome. -I was very lucky with my shared dormitory, as the other guests were considerate and friendly. The AC in the room was a bit cold, but I got some blankets from the reception, so everything was fine. -The toilets and bathrooms were clean and it was not a problem to find an empty one -There's a big shared area with couches and a nice balcony. -Storage room to leave the luggage after checkout

We loved everything about our stay at Las Clementinas. The room was clean and spacious with a great AC ( very important when you come back sweating). The staff was helpful and gave great recommendations on where to go. The location is perfect, right on the edge of Casco Viejo, with a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
