Firstly it was a very comfortable stay in Bukhara. My husband and I enjoyed our trip. Mr Hussain came personally to pick us up as there is a language issue. Breakfast was amazing and whenever we wanted anything they were available.

Uncle Kolya is pearl, very nice, helpful, friendly person and host.
We arrived 6 hours before our check-in time at night, even though he gave us a very comfortable room. The breakfast was very hearty. A plate full of local cooked delights with eggs, green and peroshki. He even took us to a cafe of his recommendation, helped us with bus tickets. Gold person! We loved everything about our stay.

Authentic and transporting rooms with full breakfast and very responsive and helpful staff. Especially recommend the exquisite and spacious family rooms, where we stayed, though am sure the smaller rooms also beautiful. We traveled as a couple but hotel would also be a perfect venue for family reunion or group of friends. A wonderful lodging experience in this incredible city.

Comfortable family run hotel in a good location. Nice architecture but interior is missing a tasteful touch.
Staff is not very responsive, not good at English and obviously not trained in hospitality so seems a bit harsh for an international traveller. The breakfast is good but expect to pay additional for a machine made coffee (not the case in any other hotel in Uzbekistan, even a cheaper one).
Overall I would not stay here again, there are better and more friendly options in Bukhara.

The historic centre is delightful, though very touristy.
If you need a taxi, download Yandex app. Works efficiently and is about a fifth of the price of of getting a taxi on the street, plus avoids the haggling Do give Yandex drivers a tip.
Stay in the old residential town, rather than the tourist centre; it's real.
If you want to travel north to Nurota and the mountains (170 km) theoretically possible in a series of shared minibus, but not that easy in in practice, I got stuck half way. Yandex quoted $32.

Nice city.
Nice city. Comparing to Samarkand Bukhara is smaller and main sightseeing spot are concentrated in the old city center so it's easy to see everything in 1-2 days. I would recommend to hire local guide and just relax walking via old Bukhara streets.

It was a unique experience & was like to set foot into the history of Central Asia. Several centuries of South Asia’s history starts from Bukhara, Samarkand & Tashkent. So, obviously this trip into the past was very exciting! Every building, monument in the city reminded us of their past glory & the great Mughals! From Chengis Khan, to Amir Taimur, Iban Batuta et all had set foot on this holy land. The city should get more prominence amongst the historians & tourists alike! Being nearest to India with 1.4 billion population & it’s really cheap value for money accommodation & delicious food will attract hoards of visitors. But before that more flight options & more English speaking young Uzbeks are the real necessity! We would love to travel many more times in the future. Long live Uzbeks! Long live Uzbekistan!
Very comfortable rooms with ensuite hot showers. The TV even has Netflix and YouTube which even some 5 star hotels don't have. The breakfast that was provided was really yummy and tasted fresh, unlike in other hotels. The receptionist Bekhruz was really helpful, he assisted us in booking a trip outside of Bukhara that we really enjoyed. For this price, this is probably one of best stays in Bukhara you can get. Location is good too, short walk from nice restaurants and about 15 mins walk to Registan.
The place was great in all respects and probably the best I stayed in during my time in Uzbekistan.
The owner and his family were alway happy to help (in English or Russian) with anything and were exceptionally kind and welcoming.
The breakfast was great and the location was perfect - right by Lyavi Hauz, but around 30 meters away from the main buzz so it was dead quiet at all times.
The room was large and the bed very comfortable.
I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Bukhara.
Location is perfect, the staff were very helpful and simpatic, the mattress were medium soft and very comfortable/not tough like at the others hotels in Uzbekistan, the breakfast was very good(!), lots of food variations, including local food. The stuff organized for us the early take away breakfast due to early check-out. We managed to do the laundry and dry the things. Wifi worked without problem, the room had A/C.
Traveled around Uzbekistan for 5 days and Naqshband was by far the best hotel we have booked. Best location, authentic yet modern family atmosphere, very well trained, helpful and helpful staff. We slept well and had a great breakfast on the terrace. This terrace is one of the highest points in the old city. In short, a cultural, stylish hotel. I will definitely come back here.
this is the best hotel I’ve ever been. Everything was excellent: new authentic design, new and clean apartment, conditioner, hot water and hospitality reception. the breakfast was tasteful : traditional food, fruits, and real fresh coffee which is rather rare in Uzbekistan. So I plan to visit once again just to visit this fairy tail hotel.
Very good value for money, with an extremely helpful English-speaking manager. I hadn't expected a lot from a back-street hotel at this price, but it was a class above anywhere else I have paid this amount for in Uzbekistan. It was also quiet. It is convenient for the train station, rather than any of Bukhara's attractions.
It is right in the center of the city, everything is super accessible and walking distance. Staff was very responsive, we had an issue with the AC in our room and they immediately transferred us to a bigger room at no additional cost. Breakfast is very varied and filling, including homemade typical food from Uzbekistan.
Located near the city centre with all attractions, restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
Hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful and can speak basic English.
Beds are comfortable and my room had an A/C unit and TV. Fast wifi internet connection.
Breakfast is prepared fresh to order.
Low nightly prices.
Lovely hotel in the center of Bukhara located in a historic building, you feel like you are in an ancient world. The hotel Is very well curated, especially the common patio and the rooms are high-end (keeping in mind that you are in rural Uzbekistan). The breakfast is fantastic and served at the patio.
The best value for money accommodation I booked in Uzbekistan. The hotel is centrally located, a stone throw from the main sights, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic with various kinds of fruits and bread was fresh. The host family is very kind and helpful too, I will definitely come back.
The staff were superb, it’s the best service I’ve received in Samarkand hands down, we had to check out at 4:00 am and the hotel manager was waiting outside with takeaway coffees and breakfast. He also laid out chairs for us and a table with tea and snacks, and a lamp at night, in the courtyard.
Perfect localization just 5 minutes from main square. Great Host! Amazing and diversified breakfest, great to start a day. Host Mironshox is very nice and helpful with all necessary things. We really recommend staying in this Boutique Hotel in Buchara. It is our new Home in Uzbekistan
The location was good, kalon mosque is 10 minutes walk, but either way Bukhara is small. The room was clean, they also cleaned the room while i was there, out of the three hotels i stayed in Uzbekistan it was the only one that did it, the stuff was kind and helped me arrange a taxi
The best place I have stayed in Üzbekistan. The hotel is new, the rooms are large, comfortable, extremely clean and fancy with artistic decoration. The location is superconvenient. The owners are hospitable and genuinely friendly. I strongly recommend this place to everyone❤️.
Abrahim (sp?) was a great host. He was very attentive, spoke great English, and displayed the type of hospitality that we grew to love about our stay in Uzbekistan. The location was ideal and the breakfast was a delicious experience as well. Our room felt like royalty!
Porso Hotel in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, is a charming boutique hotel situated in the heart of the old city, near the Lyabi Khauz complex. It blends the traditional architectural style of old Bukhara with modern interior design
Excellent hotel in Bukhara. Placed near old part of the city. Modern hotel with big and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is delicious with tradional food. Staff also helpful. Shops, restaurants and cafes placed nearby.
The family that ran the hotel were extremely friendly. They realized that it was my birthday so they had their daughter surprise me at the restaurant with a birthday cake.
