We got there late and they offered to ask there neighbors to cook us dinner. We had a late flight on our day of departure and Rio the son drove us around for a hike and a few hours at the beach before he dropped us off at the airport. Such great people, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Paul was an amazing host , great english and so friendly and welcoming to us . he organised a fantastic boat trip to the islands for us .

Sten Lodge eco Homestay er nýuppgert heimagisting í Labuan Bajo og er með garð. Heimagistingin er með sérinngang til aukinna þæginda fyrir þá sem dvelja. absolutely fantastic place, everything is made with love, nature is beautiful, food is amazing, I cuddled with the cats all day and watched butterflies and ate passion fruit straight off the tree.

Our host Jeff and his family were very welcoming, accommodating our very large and noisy family with an extra bed in our bedroom. His morning rice field walks are a legend and he takes amazing photos.

Escape Bajo er nýuppgert gistihús sem er staðsett í Labuan Bajo, 500 metra frá Wae Rana-ströndinni og státar af bar og útsýni yfir borgina. I loved staying here. The staff is so nice!!! Everyone is always so smiling and kind. The bed in the dorm was the biggest I have ever seen and was very comfortable. The sheets were clean and smelled nice. Bathroom always clean with soap and shampoo. The chocolate cake is amazing and the view to the harbour exceptional. You are 5 minutes away for shops and the center (by foot). It is also a quiet dorm. Very classy place and nice vibes.

D-Rima Homestay Ruteng býður upp á gistirými í Ruteng og ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna á gististaðnum. Ókeypis einkabílastæði eru í boði á staðnum. Sum herbergin eru með setusvæði til aukinna þæginda. Extremely friendly host in a cozy homestay (you really live with their family). Rooms were comfortable and the shared bathroom well maintained. Don’t bother eating somewhere else in the city, because the food prepared at the homestay was really amazing! Richardo is a great host who actively helps you planning your Flores itinerary. In the end, we used his place as a hub to visit Wae Rebo and we rented a motor cycle from him to do a 6 day roadtrip (Ruteng - Bajawa - Kelimutu - Riung - Ruteng) and we ended up staying 3 times at Richardo’s home. He can also help you book buses from and to Ruteng. Summarised, highly recommended!

ORA KOMODO HOME STAY er staðsett í Komodo, 1,9 km frá Pink Beach og býður upp á grillaðstöðu, sameiginlega setustofu og sjávarútsýni. Easily one of the most rich experiences we have had on our travels. We enjoyed spending time with jecky’s family, eating delicious home cooked meals, seeing Komodos (of which there are many behind the village), trekking in the national park, swimming with mantas, hiking Padar…the list goes on! Even just sitting on the balcony and watching the fishing boats or the resident dugong play with a sea turtle is a great way to pass the time. Jecky is a great host and has great English. You can arrange/discuss all your travels and activities with him via WhatsApp prior. And his wife is a great cook! This is a unique opportunity you will be lucky to have. It’s a homestay (not some bland hotel experience) so come ready for adventure.

Jhuna Komodo Homestay er staðsett í Komodo, East Nusa Tenggara-svæðinu og er í 1,8 km fjarlægð frá Pink-ströndinni. Heimagistingin býður upp á ókeypis einkabílastæði og litla verslun. Great host, guide and a very intelligent and attentive person. Honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The best part of the home stay is that you can tailor your stay according to your needs and liking. Khulna is always there to help you and meet your needs. He also called me weeks before our arrival and sent all the pricing sharing his advice and suggestions. We saw many Komodo Dragons, fish, mantas and had great times every day. It was very hard to leave.We enjoyed the stay very much and will be back very soon!!!
