What stood out most was their professionalism when we encountered an issue during our stay. They handled it promptly and efficiently, demonstrating their dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Speaking of the rooms, they are a true testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. The room layouts are thoughtfully designed, with modern and stylish decor that creates a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The furniture is brand new and is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's restaurant on the first floor. The menu offered a wide selection of dishes to choose from, and every meal we had was an absolute delight. The flavors were simply outstanding, and we found ourselves eagerly looking forward to each dining experience. The service at the restaurant was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made dining there a pleasure. It feels like you live in the middle of the wood, yet all the facilities are nearby. The food at the local restaurant was exceptional. The closeness of the train station is also very advantageous, it was easy to get there from Kyiv.
