The location was beautiful and close to attractions. The bed was comfortable with several pillow styles to choose from on the bed. The price made it a great value. Free coffee and juice always available.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at....when I do return I will be staying with them again...I even told the staff there how pleased I was with the service and the hotel....need a good hotel....pic this one...you will not regret it...love this place

Excellent location for trips to Dollywood and restaurants on route 441. Condos are spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the golf course. Our condos was also well equipped and lacked nothing. We were proactively notified by the resort that we could do an early check-in as our condo was ready earlier than the scheduled time. Excellent equipment in fitness centre.

The staff name Heather was very helpful and so was her co worker....the hotel was off the hook..very clean and nice and cool in the room when we got there. Will definitely stay there again.

Compared to some of the other hotels we stayed in during our trip, the room was a bit on the tight side, but I will definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.
