The rooms were really well fitted out. I loved the automatic lighting on the beds that came on if you got up to go to the bathroom during the night. I loved that the charging docks were right beside the bed. The furniture in the room was really tasteful and modern. The staff were so friendly and helpful but not over the top. The pool area was fab, they were painting a mural at the time we were there which was lovely and really added to the area.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Memphis, ARRIVE Memphis provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. Everything about this hotel was excellent. A real home away from home. On our last morning our rented car was vandalized and one of the windows was smashed. We had no idea how to handle things as tourist. We came to the reception and the hotel’s manager, Mr. Cuzzone, took the time to handle the whole matter for us, beginning with the police report and then with the rental company. The car was taken away and we were on our way in less than an hour. This was the best guest services that I ever experienced anywhere. What a nice person and a great manager! I cannot thank him enough 🙏

Traveled with my spouse and two grandkids. The room was perfect; very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was better than expected. I only missed the swimming pool as the days were quite warm, not open yet, but I was aware of that when I booked the room so no claim for that.
