From the pick up at the train station to the final drop off at the train station, the two nights and three days were the highlight of our two week trip to Japan. In particular, the lady who brought the food and beverage service to the room was very touching in her seriousness and professionalism.The receptionist is also warm and friendly, very patient and explain one by one.

Really lovely staff, couldn't ask for a better welcome. Lovely facilities and an overall brilliant stay. We highly recommend it. Staff spoke English fluently and surprisingly a lot better than most people in the cities!

Staff were amazingly hospitable, the private onsen attached to our room was beautiful with an amazing ocean view. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wishes to see what a quiet Japanese town is like bby the seaside while still getting an amazing luxury experience.

The private onsens were useful for us because of my tattoos. Shampoo and soap provided, towels provided.

Great free transfer provided by the hotel from Izu-Adawara (we got Shinkansen from Tokyo to Atami and then changed to the odoriko train which costs extra). Nice onsen.
